Everything began with a little dog named Milo — the very first pup I adopted from a rescue shelter. Milo wasn’t the strongest dog, but his eyes were filled with trust, love… and exhaustion. I still remember the first time I saw him curled up on a thin mat, his joints trembling every time the weather turned cold. My heart sank. I thought to myself:
“What difference could just one bed — one warm, safe place to sleep — really make?”

That was the moment JoyPup was born — not as a brand, but as a promise:
